3patigold Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to 3patigold. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "you") and 3patigold ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 3patigold website, its games, its betting markets, and all associated services available at 3patigold.bet.

3patigold is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Pakistani market. Our services include, but are not limited to: cricket betting, live sports betting, Aviator and other crash games, fishing games, virtual sports, esports betting, and casino-style games. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all primary payment channels are locally operated within Pakistan.

By creating an account on 3patigold — whether through the website or any authorised channel — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any 3patigold services.

3patigold reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will notify registered members via the email address or phone number on their account. Continued use of 3patigold after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on 3patigold. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 3patigold may request proof of age at any stage — including at registration, during account review, or before processing a withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one active 3patigold account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3patigold will close all accounts associated with that individual, void all pending bets, and withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.

Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number, payment method details — must be accurate, current, and your own. You must not use another person's identity or payment details to create or fund a 3patigold account. 3patigold relies on the accuracy of registration information for identity verification and payment processing. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally permitted to access the 3patigold platform in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing 3patigold from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited under local law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have a current self-exclusion active on your 3patigold account.
• Employees of 3patigold and immediate family members of employees may be restricted from certain account types or promotional offers.

3patigold operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required by responsible gaming standards and applicable licensing obligations. Verification may be triggered at any point — at registration, before your first withdrawal, during periodic account reviews, or when unusual activity is detected.

Documents We May Request

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days.
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot of your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account showing the account number matches the one registered on 3patigold.
• Source of funds: In specific high-value cases, 3patigold may request documentation confirming the legitimate origin of funds deposited.

Withdrawals will be held pending completion of a KYC review if one is triggered. 3patigold will communicate clearly about what documents are needed and how to submit them. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Deposits

All deposits to 3patigold are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits using any of the local wallet methods are credited to your 3patigold account within seconds of the transaction being completed.

3patigold does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from another person's account will be returned to the source and the depositing account may be reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 3patigold within standard processing times — under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash for standard verified members. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank. 3patigold does not charge withdrawal fees on our side, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the 3patigold account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• 3patigold reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds acquired through bonus wagering may have specific withdrawal conditions — see Section 5.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if an account is under investigation for a potential policy violation.

3patigold offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, a welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms below as well as any specific conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Welcome Bonus

New 3patigold members are eligible for a 200% match bonus on their first deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus is credited to your account as bonus funds — separate from your real-money balance — and becomes available for wagering immediately upon crediting.

Wagering Requirements

All 3patigold bonuses carry a wagering requirement before the bonus (and any winnings derived from bonus funds) can be withdrawn as real money. The standard wagering requirement is 1x the total of deposit plus bonus amount unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms. Wagering counts vary by game category:

• Sports betting (all markets): 100% contribution towards wagering rollover. Minimum odds of 1.50 apply for bets to qualify.
• Crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, etc.): 100% contribution.
• Fishing games: 100% contribution.
• Virtual sports: 100% contribution.
• Esports betting: 100% contribution. Minimum odds of 1.50 apply.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been wagered within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your 3patigold account. Wagering progress accumulated against an expiring bonus will also be lost. It is your responsibility to monitor the status of your bonus through your account dashboard.

All sports bets placed on 3patigold — including cricket, esports, and virtual sports — are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules are accessible within the relevant section of the 3patigold platform and should be read alongside these general terms.

• Confirmed bets are binding. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed on 3patigold, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the member unless a cash-out option is explicitly available and the player exercises it before the market is settled.
• Odds at time of bet. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that will be applied to that bet. Live market odds move in real time; the odds on your bet slip at the moment of confirmation are final.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Each market on 3patigold carries minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. 3patigold reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts or market types.
• Void bets. A bet may be voided where a market is cancelled due to the abandonment of an event, a data error, or a technical issue on the 3patigold platform. Voided bets are returned to the member's wallet at the original stake amount.
• Obvious error. Where a price is clearly in error — for example, due to a data feed fault — 3patigold reserves the right to void any bet placed at that incorrect price, regardless of whether the bet has already been confirmed.
• Result disputes. All results are settled based on official data from recognised sports governing bodies. If a result is disputed, 3patigold will investigate using official data sources and our decision will be final.

All casino-style games available on 3patigold — including crash games, fishing games, and any other RNG-based product — operate on certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently audited. The outcome of every game round is determined by the RNG before the round begins and cannot be influenced by the platform, by other players, or by any external party.

3patigold publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game. RTP figures represent the statistical long-run average payout across a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Actual results in any given session can vary significantly from the stated RTP.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per round are fixed for each game and displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round on 3patigold, the round will be settled according to the RNG outcome for that round. If you have not cashed out before disconnection in a crash game, the round is resolved as it would be for any other player who has not cashed out.
• All game results recorded in 3patigold's server logs are considered final. If a result displayed on your device differs from the server record due to a technical issue, the server record prevails.
• Attempting to use software, scripts, or any automated means to gain an advantage in 3patigold games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3patigold and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 3patigold — directly or through a third party.
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials to access or fund a 3patigold account.
• Exploiting a technical error, pricing mistake, or system vulnerability in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes on 3patigold.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or bypass any 3patigold security or verification system.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 3patigold services for any illegal financial activity.
• Deliberately structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid identity verification or transaction monitoring.
• Communicating with other players in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner through any 3patigold communication channel.
• Accessing 3patigold from a jurisdiction where its services are prohibited, using a VPN or other masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

3patigold reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a policy violation has occurred, that identity or payment details are fraudulent, or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting 3patigold support at support@3patigold.bet. If there is a real-money balance in your account at the time of closure request, and no outstanding verification or investigation is pending, 3patigold will process a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Separate from account closure, 3patigold offers a self-exclusion programme for members who want to restrict themselves from using the platform for responsible gaming reasons. A self-exclusion request takes effect immediately and prevents the affected account from logging in, depositing, or placing bets. Self-exclusion periods can be set for a defined time — 6 months, 12 months, or 5 years — or indefinitely. Once set, a self-exclusion cannot be lifted before the agreed period ends. See Section 12 for more on responsible gaming.

All content on the 3patigold platform — including logos, brand names, game interfaces, text, graphics, data feeds, and software — is the intellectual property of 3patigold or its licensed technology and content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants members any ownership of or licence to use 3patigold's intellectual property for any purpose outside of normal personal use of the platform.

The 3patigold name and logo are registered trademarks. You may not use the 3patigold brand, logo, or any confusingly similar marks for any commercial or promotional purpose without our explicit written consent. Scraping, copying, or republishing any content from the 3patigold platform — including odds data, game content, or account-related information — is strictly prohibited.

3patigold provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of technical errors, outages, or interruptions at all times. 3patigold's liability to any member is limited to the direct, proven losses arising directly from our demonstrable error, and shall not in any case exceed the value of funds in that member's account at the time the relevant issue arose.

3patigold is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the member's own betting or gaming decisions.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the member's side.
• Losses attributable to events beyond 3patigold's reasonable control — including force majeure events, third-party system failures, or regulatory actions.
• Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

3patigold is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani members. We believe strongly that gaming should remain an enjoyable activity — and when it stops being enjoyable or starts causing financial or personal harm, the right tools should be immediately available to help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 3patigold members directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your 3patigold account. Limits take effect immediately when saved and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a threshold at which your 3patigold account will be automatically suspended if your net losses in a defined period reach the specified amount.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification on screen when you have been logged in for a duration you specify.
• Reality check: Display periodic summaries of your session activity — time played and net result — to help you stay informed about your play.
• Self-exclusion: Close your account for a set period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect. See Section 9 for full details.

3patigold collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read together with them. By registering on 3patigold you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: 3patigold uses your personal data to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with our licensing and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored with SSL encryption. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@3patigold.bet.

3patigold reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered members via the contact information on their account — either by email, SMS, or an in-platform notification — at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

The most recent version of these Terms will always be available on this page at 3patigold.bet/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of 3patigold's services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any updated Terms, you should cease using 3patigold and close your account before the update takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the 3patigold platform, are governed by the laws applicable under 3patigold's operating licence jurisdiction. 3patigold operates under a valid gaming licence, details of which are available upon request from our support team.

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet result, game outcome, payment, or account decision, you should first contact 3patigold support at support@3patigold.bet with full details of the issue. 3patigold will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request escalation to 3patigold's compliance team.

3patigold's decisions on game outcomes, bet settlements, and account actions based on confirmed rule violations are final, subject only to demonstrable factual error. By accepting these Terms you agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of 3patigold will be conducted in the courts of the jurisdiction governing our operating licence.
